Both prepaid and post-paid Digicel 4G broadband customers can use the web self care portal to manage their account as follows:

Prepaid Customers

·         Top-up your prepaid account using a voucher

·         Subscribe to prepaid Internet plans online

·         Change your password

·         Update personal details

Postpaid Customers

·         View your postpaid bill

·         Change your password

·         Update personal details

Due to security restrictions anyone accessing the web self care portal via another internet service provider will be unable to do so. The Digicel 4G broadband self care website can only be accessed from your Digicel 4G broadband modem. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
